I believe real womanhood serving God’s intended purpose in the earth as a woman. What does that mean? Fully demonstrating whatever distinction God made between woman and man. To make full use of every gift, unique ability, skill, calling, talent that God has put in us and as we continue to develop we go back to the maker for guidance. Real womanhood is also not being afraid or ashamed to simply be who God made you to be even though you may not look like other women, think like them or do what they do. Being your authentic self.

Real Womanhood is knowing why you were created, who you are your strengths, weaknesses and how to face challenges, trials, disappointments and hurts and come out grateful for the things your and not bitter because it happened to you but walking in integrity before during and after the process. It is releasing your wisdom your time and your love to developing other women in the workplace, community, church, family
Where do you find it? in your integrity and the integrity of other women What does it look like: I looks like the love of God

Real womanhood is embracing the truth of what God says about me, and aligning myself with those words, thoughts and expectations expressed in his word. God created me in his image and in his likeness, the more I reflect Him, that’s what true womanhood looks like and it’s found in his presence! ??????

A Real Woman to me is one who knows that she was fashioned after God’s own image, and set forth into the earth realm to fulfill a set purpose, for a set people, at a set time. She is one who’s ear is attuned to the mouthpiece of God, and obeys His commands.

As I am becoming and growing into a real woman by diligently seeking God, experiencing visitations and intimacy with God; getting to know Him (Jeremiah 24:6-7) and grow in our relationship together; having a tender heart turn towards God and family (Gen. 3:20 and Ezekiel 11:19-20).

For me, womanhood is defined by the word of God where He provides images and descriptions of godly and ungodly or worldly womanhood for my comparison and learning. I found some of these godly images in my 5th grade teacher Mrs. Taylor, my grandmother, my pastor, and other godly women I have encountered and encounter today such as Jackie Williams, Dr. Scott, Dr. Merle, and all my BYB sisters for whom I and forever grateful.

Real womanhood for me is being first true to God and to herself. In other words, be true to thyself. That will be the beginning of your discovery in finding out what womanhood mean to you.

A real woman is one who has a heart after God and for the people God places in her path meaning spouse, children and the best of extended family. A real woman tries her hardest to hold it together at all times no matter life circumstances or challenges, she gain her courage and strength from the Lord. Proverbs speaks of a virtue woman!

Hi Dodie, and I might add that a real woman is one whose heart is after God in showing God’s love to all people, not just those in her path. Blessings to you in your journey!

I’ll say that real womanhood is lived by a woman who knows who she is and is comfortable in her own skin and does not necessarily needs validation from others to be herself. It’s a woman who has found she God given purpose and living it out and helping other to do the same. Sadly, in the natural world we take and learn from the different women in our lives and the ones we encounter; Mama, Aunty, Grandma, Teacher, Coach, Pastor etc.
To know what real womanhood mean and where to find it we have to go to the Creator of the woman for the answers. Until then like you said we are just copies.

I am finding that I can define myself as I solidify my relationship with God. A woman’s strength is in her innate ability to nurture, cultivate and incubate. Even if I’ve never given birth to my own natural children, God has seen fit to position me to support, love and encourage others who may not have had that kind of nurturing or support.
