Question 1:

Imagine if you were the owner of a company and you invented something beautiful, awesomely great, and powerful that would change the entire universe. You would be extremely proud of your accomplishments and you would have every right to be because you had created it with your own mind, your own bare hands, your own toil and sweat. How would you feel if someone else tried to steal it? Think of how you would feel if they claimed it as their own. Think of how you would respond if they tried to destroy it?

God has feelings too.

If He didn’t, He couldn’t love you.

The first time the word sin appears in the Bible is in Genesis chapter
four. God already sent Adam and Eve out away from the Garden of Eden. Now, the
couple begins their own family and even though they are no longer allowed to
live in the Garden, notice they are still not out of God’s presence. In Genesis
4:7, God is talking to Cain, a son of Adam and Eve.

Genesis 4:1-7 (NIV)

1 Adam lay with his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and
gave birth to Cain. She said, “With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a
man.” 2 Later she gave birth to his brother Abel.

Now Abel kept flocks, and Cain
worked the soil. 3 In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits
of the soil as an offering to the LORD. 4 But Abel brought fat portions
from some of the firstborn of his flock. The LORD looked with favor on Abel and
his offering, 5 but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor.
So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.

6 Then the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is
your face downcast? 7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted?
But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires
to have you, but you must master it.”

Question 2:

The fact that God is still watching over
Eve’s family says what about the character of God toward his people?

Yes, I’d be happy about something I invented that would positively change the entire world, but be very careful to stay humble about it. I’m pretty sure I’d get upset if someone tried to take it as their own. Nah, that’s my baby! I’d get mad, especially if they’re trying to destroy it!!
Even though Eve became deceived by the enemy, and in turned got she and Adam kicked out of the Garden, God still loved them and cared for them

Q 1: I would be angry, distorted about someone attempting to take ownership.
Q 2: God values relationships and his love is unconditional and he yet cares about Eve and her family.

Q1. I would feel disrespected, threatened, lied to, wonder who do they think they are, “ oh no you didn’t, not after I did all this”, I would think “you want to be like me, have my life without putting in the work it took to create all this”
Q2. God is a forgiving, merciful God that loves us, (Adam, Eve) unconditionally.

Lucifer tried to exalt himself above God, he intended to sit on the mountain of God, and he convinced others to follow him, he wanted to be like God, he coveted everything God had and did.

…Concerning the questions on how would I feel and respond if someone tried to steal or destroyed something I invented and was extremely proud of, that I used my mind, bear hands and sweat and toiled to create? Just the thought stirs up emotions that I cannot even find words to articulate. I’ll be highly pissed, extremely angry and ready to fight.
…As a created being with great gifts and talents Lucifer became big in his own eyes to the point that he lost perspective of who he is in relation to God his creator. He thought that he was above God. He fixed it in his heart to exalt his throne above God and be like God. In layman’s terms Lucifer became full and over flowing of himself. With all the power and authority, we are given we should always remember who is our source.
…The fact that God is still watching over Eve’s family show us that God is forgiving, the God did not hold their sin against them or their children. God is merciful and His mercies are new every day. Even when we are not faithful God is still faithful to us. God is caring and He cares for and about everything that concerns us to include our children. And because God is love He’s is all that and more.
